Use mixin.CachedConvertableMixin. getConvertedSize removed from Document class (redundant with getConversionSize). docstring put again where it belongs (ie. Document class). Preparing the removal of document interface.

* Very small optimization in CacheableAction.

after 'portal type of portal type', ai here is just a dict. this change will fix current failure of testPrintActions in our functional tests.

combine 'Columns' items and 'More Columns' items in ListBox configure dialog. now we don't need to include duplicate items in 'More Columns' that already exist in 'Columns'.
FYI, ListBoxRenderer.getAllColumnList() is already implemented like the above.

Since erp5_pdm does not depend on erp5_trade (and erp5_trade depends on erp5_pdm), copy required proxy field origins from (obsolete) BaseTradePurchase_FieldLibrary or BaseSalePurchase_FieldLibrary to Base_viewPDMFieldLibrary.
