This comment ack as a simple documentation how to enable the upload
of the binary cache until appropriate documentation be provided.

The workflow history is long and results in memory leaks while traversal,
which consumes (forever) lot of memory  on activity nodes.

planned transactions are expected not to be in payzen.

Do all transitions, keep comments and inform in event in case when expected
state is not reached.
