This updates links to slapos.git in the tree to point to new location.

We do so whole-tree except one place in stack/monitor/ :

The reason we do not update that link yet, is that 930be99041ea26b7b1186830e5eb56ef0acc1bdf
is a tree object and gitlab does not allow to dowload tree object as archives (yet ?)

So for now that link stays unconverted - and we'll think how to do with it.

- name wrapper bash, not sh as bash behave like sh when named sh
- add -l so that bash runs as login shell and reads .bash_profile
- enable colors in profile
- output a message in profile
- remaining TODOs: a working slapos node command

This required slapos.toolbox 0.50

This should not depend on the environment when executing slapos node
instance

Since shellinabox listen on AF_UNIX, we don't need another password for
shellinabox

Let the supervisord of slaprunner managing the instance processes
be managed by supervisord of slapos node.

Fixes problems of process like supervisord escaping control.

Also remove unused variable in nginx-conf.

Allows HOME to be easily referenced in some cases where buildout:directory is not available.

  Missing update on parts, slapos-repo needs to be explicitly invoked.

It was applied by the combination of [slapos-repo] that checkouts master
branch and [slapos-repo-config] that checkouts
$${slap-parameter:slapos-software} branch afterwards.
When instance profile runs for the second time, [slapos-repo] resets to
master and [slapos-repo-config] does nothing.
This fix consists in using directly $${slap-parameter:slapos-software}
in [slapos-repo].

[slapos-repo-config] was also setting up .project, this is still the
case and the section was renamed to [instance-software] for
consistency.

This reverts commit 9a3dcc60.

Conflicts:

	software/slaprunner/common.cfg

It doesn't work yet with erp5testnode and conflicts with resiliency tests.
