* Re-add function on Careers.

* Make first-level aquisition on Career working.
* Salary-level on Careers is now a category.
* Work on CSV style: fix utf8 problems, set the correct Content-Type and add a simple form_view that renders only the ListBox called 'listbox' (this can be improved, but at least it "works" for most simple cases).
* Add career_workflow.
