Slapos.toolbox has a new dependency to pycurl, which fails to compile if libcurl cannot be found. This commit adds the component/pycurl dependency to most of the Software Releases which have a dependency to slapos.toolbox.

I tried to do it globally, so I couldn't check the compilation of all the modified SRs. Is it a way to test that all SRs still compiled ?

Also, did I forget some important SR ?

  CFFI is added on this directory, and it is required to bootstrap slapos.toolbox.

  There is no strong reason to use git.erp5.org to test code anymore

  slapos.package is not an egg anymore, it's implementation was replaced by
    the usage of ansible with playbooks.

slapos.core.git moved to lab.nexedi.cn and repository on git.erp5.org
made readonly. Update all referenced to old repository location:

And more importantly: all their dependencies, like jinja2. Tests are failing because dependencies can't be found.

This reverts commit 6909fe3b.

buildout can be run and may need libnetworkcache in order to run tests (if zc.buildout.testing.buildoutSetUp() is called).
