2009-05-08 yusei 

* Remove SkinsTool_findDeadProxyFieldList. There was already SkinsTool_getDeadProxyFieldList which do the same thing.
* Add a little bit user-friendly output to SkinsTool_makeFieldLibraryAndProxifyAllField.
