Fixes #102

Distutils scripts can contain quite a lot of code. Up till now,
only a encoding hint was detected and placed at the top above
our 'import sys' and 'sys.path=' stuff.

Now we look for the first non-__future__ import line and place our
sys.path statement above that line. This makes sure the encoding hint,
the module docstring and the future imports are all above our code,
as should be.

There might be corner cases, but at least this fixes a couple of
common problems.

Fixed several tiny typos.

This is weird, platform.python_version_tuple() returns a tuple of ints
on Python 2.6 on windows.

Fixed the conditional-section example and added a test for it.

Added some more details about option overridding.

       conditional sections with parse, but behavior should be
       consistent.

Updating the master version to dev: should we increment the version while in dev?

Add bin/buildout --version

A restarted project's exit code is now properly propagated. This makes
buildout more reliable in automatically-run situations.

When the process is restarted (and results in an error),
we can now properly check the exit code that comes out of
the 'root' buildout process.
