Make listbox lines clickable and redirect to management form. This form provides
buttons to destroy or reinstall software.

Destruction needs confirmation, where reinstallation is done immediately.

Also improve CSS in order to have links with dangerous background.
Also factorise scripts in order to avoid duplication of selection.

Just after stopping setup delivery the software release is available for request.

After delivery of packing list software release is NOT available for request.

It is used in Hosting skin selection and thus shall override other skins.

When user requested installation of software and later its destruction system
will support case of old client (which will install or just start installation)
and new client (which will delete).
