Use correct password encryption algorithm in client

Client must analyze SecurityPolicyURI from the endpoint description,
and then encrypt password with respective asymmetric algorithm.

fix delete_nodes and more consistent naming

improve variant parsing

send publish request to server even if we could not parse answer. so it continues sending notifications

Catch overflows in win_epoch_to_datetime()
