This patch adds SCIF, I2C, EthernetAVB, HSCIF, MMC, QSPI, MSIOF, PWM,
CAN-FD, Ethernet-TSN, PCIe pins, groups, and functions.

This patch was created based on the Rev.0.51 datasheet.
