Some misc sym1 and ncr driver changes.

 - Kconfig: Delete sym1 driver from Kconfig
 - Kconfig: Delete SCSI_NCR53C8XX_IOMAPPED, SCSI_NCR53C8XX_PQS_PDS
   and SCSI_NCR53C8XX_SYMBIOS_COMPAT options.
 - ncr53c8xx: Delete SCSI_NCR53C8XX_SYMBIOS_COMPAT option
