[Description]
- FW scheduling algorithm doesn't take into account of it's
  a center timing
- This affects where the subvp mclk switch can be scheduled
  (prevents HUBP vline interrupt from coming in if scheduled
  incorrectly)
- Block subvp center timing cases for now
