Upstream commit 6862fdf2 ("ARM: samsung:
Limit SAMSUNG_PM_CHECK config option to non-Exynos platforms") backport
applied as part of upstream stable update to Linux 4.4.179 removes the
CONFIG_SAMSUNG_PM_CHECK config from the config.common.ubuntu configs
file.
