staging: vt6655: CARDbUpdateTSF bss timestamp correct tsf counter value.

The TSF counter is not set correctly.

Use sync_tsf for last beacon value and get tsf local value.

Remove qwLocalTSF variable and call CARDbGetCurrentTSF.
