ALSA: ac97: Add IBM ThinkPad R40e to Headphone/Line Jack Sense blacklist

This model needs both 'Headphone Jack Sense' and 'Line Jack Sense'
muted for audible audio, so just add its SSID to the blacklist and
don't enumerate the controls.
