V4L/DVB (7427): dvb-pll: remove rf input module options

The ability to select RF input was a supported feature only available on
Philips TUV1236d and Philips FCV1236d.

This feature, along with support for the tuners that used it,
was moved into the tuner-simple module.

This can now be removed from dvb-pll.
