[PATCH] Documentation spelling cleanup

This patch fixes spelling errors in the Documentation directory and was
extensively reviewed by the following people: Dan Kegel, David
Woodhouse, Joe Perches, Jared Daniel J.  Smith, Michael Hayes, and
