i.MX fixes for 5.9, round 2:

- Fix the misspelling of 'interrupts' property in i.MX8MQ TMU DT node.
- Correct 'ahb' clock for i.MX8MP SDMA1 in device tree.
- Fix pad QSPI1B_SCLK mux mode for UART3 on i.MX6SX.
