ARM: dts: imx6: add support for Auvidea H100 board

The Auvidea H100 is a baseboard for the SolidRun MicroSOM.
Its primary feature is a Toshiba TC358743 HDMI to CSI decoder,
allowing the board to work as HDMI passthrough and framegrabber.
