x86/speculation: Add RETPOLINE_AMD support to the inline asm CALL_NOSPEC variant

..so that they match their asm counterpart.

Add the missing ANNOTATE_NOSPEC_ALTERNATIVE in CALL_NOSPEC, while at it.
