[PATCH] wrong include in tda80xx.c

should include asm/irq.h, not linux/irq.h (the latter should be moved to
asm-generic, IMO - we are getting *way* too many bugs of that sort).  As
it is, tda80xx breaks on some platforms (at least on ARM).
