pinctrl: remove coh901 driver

The ST-Ericsson U300 platform is getting removed, so this driver is no
longer needed.

Required properties:
- compatible: Compatible property value should be "stericsson,gpio-coh901"
- reg: Physical base address of the controller and length of memory mapped
region.
