[ARM PATCH] 1720/1: SA-1111 IRQ fix (for OHCI USB HC)

Patch from Christopher Hoover

dev->irq and dev->skpcr_mask aren't initialized.  this makes the sa-1111 bus glue for the ohci driver fail.
