Revert "drm/nouveau: cleanup: drm_modeset_lock_all() --> DRM_MODESET_LOCK_ALL_BEGIN()"

This reverts commit 6aa2daae.

This patchset breaks on intel platforms and was previously NACK'd by
Ville.
