[ARM PATCH] 2068/2: fix more gcc-3.4.1 warnings

Patch from Nicolas Pitre

This patch removes a bunch of inline functions from unistd.h on ARM. Some of
them were conflicting with gcc's idea of how they should normally be declared,
and none of them are used anymore.
