perf vendor events intel: Update IVT events to v21

Events are generated for Ivytown v21 with events from:

  https://download.01.org/perfmon/IVT/

Using the scripts at:

  https://github.com/intel/event-converter-for-linux-perf/

This change fixes a spelling mistake in a description.
