ACPI / video: trivial style cleanups

Fix several coding style defects in drivers/acpi/video.c:
 - Initialization of static variables.
 - Whitespace in expressions, variable definitions, function
   headers, etc.
 - Positioning of labels.
 - Braces around single statements.
