[ARM PATCH] 2486/1: fix incorrect comment in arch/arm/kernel/debug.S

Patch from Lennert Buytenhek

arch/arm/kernel/debug.S has a comment at the top stating that the
file is called debug-armv.S, which is clearly not so.
