perf docs: Improve help information in perf.txt

perf has many undocumented options, such as:-vv, --exec-path,
--html-path, -p, --paginate,--no-pager, --debugfs-dir, --buildid-dir,
--list-cmds, --list-opts.

Add entris for these options in perf.txt.
