[PATCH] m68k sparse inline

M68k: Define inline functions before use (found by sparse)
Affected drivers:
  - Atari floppy
  - Amiga A2232 serial
  - Amiga Fastlane SCSI
  - Mac/PowerMac Valkyrie frame buffer
