[PATCH] M68k Macintosh driver config

Update Macintosh driver config logic:
  - Move remaining Mac/m68k-specific logic from arch/m68k/Kconfig to
    drivers/macintosh/Kconfig
  - Fixup Mac/m68k conflicts
