docs: dev-tools: coccinelle: Update documentation

* Fix install instruction by adding `./autogen` command
  before `./configure`.
* Add link to a more detailed installation instruction.
* Add link to SmPL grammar documentation.
* Add single space after ',' to slightly improve readability.
