kobject: clean up debugging messages

The kobject debugging messages are a mess. This provides a unified
message that makes them actually useful.

The format for new kobject debug messages should be:
	kobject: 'KOBJECT_NAME' (ADDRESS): FUNCTION_NAME: message.\n
