Merge remote-tracking branch 'drm-intel/topic/kicking-dogs-and-vgacon' into drm-intel-fixes

vt/vgacon fixes to avoid hangs, unclaimed register errors on module
load, reload:

vt: Fix replacement console check when unbinding
vt: Fix up unregistration of vt drivers
