atmel_lcdfb: FIFO underflow management

Manage atmel_lcdfb FIFO underflow

Resetting the LCD and DMA allows to fix screen shifting after a FIFO
underflow.  It follows reset sequence from errata "LCD Screen Shifting
After a Reset".
