powerpc/fsl: Enable CONFIG_DEVTMPFS_MOUNT so /dev can be mounted correctly

When using recent udev, the /dev node mount requires CONFIG_DEVTMPFS_MOUNT is enabled in Kernel. The patch enables the option in defconfig of Freescale QorIQ targets.
