Merge branches 'acpi-tables' and 'acpica'

Merge ACPICA regression fix and a fix for the recently added PPTT
support.

* acpi-tables:
  ACPI / PPTT: use ACPI ID whenever ACPI_PPTT_ACPI_PROCESSOR_ID_VALID is set
