ARM: dts: NSP: Fix PCIe controllers interrupt types

[ Upstream commit 403fde64 ]

The interrupts for the PCIe controllers should all be of type
IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH instead of IRQ_TYPE_NONE.
