ARM: EXYNOS: skip wakeup interrupt setup if pinctrl driver is used

Pinctrl driver includes support for configuring the external wakeup
interrupts. On exynos platforms that use pinctrl driver, the setup
of wakeup interrupts in the exynos platform code can be skipped.
