The microblaze idle loop provides a polling and a non polling version, which are suprisingly both polling, just with slightly different instrumentation. Remove them and use the generic poller. Signed-off-by:

All idle functions in arch/* are more or less the same, plus minus a few bugs and extra instrumentation, tickless support and other optional items. Implement a generic idle function which resembles the functionality found in arch/. Provide weak arch_cpu_idle_* functions which can be overridden by the architecture code if needed. Signed-off-by:

Due to all of the goodness being packed into today's kernels, the resulting image isn't as slim as it once was. In light of this, don't pass -msmall-data to gcc, which otherwise results in link failures due to impossible relocations when compiling anything but the most trivial configurations.
