Remove the videobuf-dma-contig sync operation. Sync is only needed for noncoherent buffers, and since videobuf-dma-contig is built on coherent memory allocators the memory is by definition always in sync. Use the physical device rather than the i2c adapter as the reference device when loading firmwares. This will prevent the sysfs name collision with i2c-dev that has been reported many times. When the bandwidth is not wide enough, the transfer endpoint may be set to the one of the alternate setting 0. This one may be null and this causes a divide by 0 oops. Ensure the variable gain amplifier gain for SIF is driven by the audio deocder and not the video decoder. This forced rework of the analog front end (AFE) configuration to not rely on autoconfiguration, but instead set up the AFE mux, AFE parameters, and ADC1 & ADC2 configurations explicitly. Until now I relied on i2c_del_adapter to unregister the i2c_clients for me, however, if the i2c bus is a platform bus then it is never deleted.
