simple-card-utils might be used as module, but MODULE_xxx()
information was missed. This patch adds it.
Otherwise, we will have below error, and can't use it.

The release_firmware() function tests whether its argument is NULL and then
returns immediately. Thus the test around the call is not needed.

This issue was detected by using the Coccinelle software.
