All the existing strings in the app have had the HTML removed from them.
This means we no longer need the HTML todolist functionality and all
strings can go through the normal translation process.

Remove this functionality from the app to make it less complicated.

This file has not been updated since 2017 and is not a target language
on Crowdin. Because the file is not being synced, remove it so that we
can pass the HTML linter again.
